'I first consulted with Caroline when I had been suffering from very slow digestion. My diet is generally good so I really needed some expert advice as to what could help me out of it. Caroline recommended a straightforward and realistic eating plan which proved very effective with quick results. I have made some small, permanent changes as a result' K.L
Through my own life I have learnt how important it is to look after and nourish ourselves through what we eat, and the impact it has on our health and wellbeing.
In my 20s I had a busy job in media, diet was the last thing I considered. It affected my skin, I developed eczema and I was constantly tired and stressed.
After having children and retraining as a Personal Trainer I then dedicated myself to studying Nutrition for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (CNM).
I now work as a NatureDoc practitioner. My role is to provide the education and tools you need to make practical, sustainable and positive dietary changes no matter how busy you are. Whether your goals are to improve energy, digestion, immune function, hormonal balance or weight management, I’m here to help.
I am a NatureDoc practitioner based in London having graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy. As a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy), I am bound by the BANT Code of Professional Practice. I am also a qualified Lifecode GX Nutrigenomics practitioner.
I am registered with the CNCH (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). The CNHC was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists. CNHC's register has been approved as an Accredited Voluntary Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
