Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all solution, every company has different requirements.  I offer:

  • Bespoke nutrition-focused workshops tailored to you. Recent popular talks have included healthy eating, lockdown living, veganism, and gut - mental health. But they are tailored in length and content to suit you and your team.
  • Personalised 1-2-1 individual nutrition consultations to help maximise the health and productivity of you and your team. These are generally 30 minutes long and will include a questionnaire and food diary. I will make dietary and lifestyle suggestions to focus on. I recommend that they are followed up 8-12 weeks later to measure progress and review objectives.
