What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy applies nutrition science to promote optimum health and performance. It uses personalised dietary intervention and dietary supplements where appropriate rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.

It uses a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. Nutritional Therapy can aid in the prevention of disease and can provide support to anyone with an existing chronic conditions as well as supporting and enhancing health and wellbeing.

Practitioners work alongside other healthcare professionals and GPs, always referring a client to a medical practitioner where necessary.
